Win four tickets to 'The Tape Face Show' at Canterbury Festival (the “Prize Draw”).
Terms of Participation in the Prize Draw (the “Terms”)
1. Eligibility
1.1. To be eligible you must:
1.1.1. be aged eighteen years or over; and
1.1.2. have a UK postal address.
1.2. Employees of the Promoter, Canterbury Festival, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
2. Participation
2.1. In order to participate in the Prize Draw, you:
2.1.1. must visit – https://www.southeasternrailway.co.uk/competitions/canterbury-festival and provide your full name and email address; and
2.1.2. agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. The Prize Draw and Winner Selection
3.1. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in 1, and participate as set out in 2, then you must enter between the hours of 09:00 on 5 September 2024 and before 09:00 on 30 September 2024. Any entry received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
3.2. The Promoter will select one entry at random from those that have correctly submitted their contact details in accordance with these Terms and they will win the Prize.
3.3. The winner will be notified by email on or around 4 October 2024. If a winner does not respond within two days, or any other period specified in our contact notice, of the notification being sent or is otherwise not available, the Prize will be forfeited by them and the Promoter may select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize.
4. The Prize
4.1. The winner will receive the following prize:
4.1.1. Four tickets to 'The Tape Face Show' at Canterbury Festival on Saturday 2nd November 8pm at The Great Hall, Kent College (“the Prize”);
4.1.2. The Prize is suitable for ages 8 years plus.
4.2 . The prize includes:
4.2.1. Return train travel to Canterbury West train station from any other train station (on the Southeastern network).

5. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
6. No expenses incurred in connection with entry to or participation in this Prize Draw will be paid.
7. There is no cash alternative.
8. The winning selection of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter shall be entitled to right to refuse to accept any entry.
10. All entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries (including “voting exchange”) will be disqualified.
11. Failure to comply with these Terms will automatically render an entry void.
12. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered.
13. The participant and winner agrees that in entering into the Prize Draw the Promoter has a legitimate interest to process their personal data for the purposes of the Prize Draw.
14. The winner consents to their personal data being used in this manner. In addition, the winner agrees to their personal data being sent to Canterbury Festival and may be used for their respective promotional purposes, in addition the winner may be required to participate in promotional activities with each of those entities.
15. Except as outlined in 13 and 14 above all personal data will be held and used by The Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
16. Participants may print these Terms.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms at any time without notice.
18. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, the Prize Draw itself or any other matter relating to, or arising out of, these Terms or the Prize Draw, the Promoter’s decision shall be final. No written correspondence or verbal discussion will be entered into.
19. The Promoter is SE Trains Limited of Second Floor, 4 More London Riverside, SE1 2AU.
20. This Prize Draw and these Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and Participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
