If you forgot to travel with your Railcard and couldn’t get a discount on your ticket, you can apply for a refund for the difference in price on the first occasion.
You can upload a copy of your ticket and Railcard to our Contact Us form. We’ll be happy to consider a refund for you.
Sorry, Digital Railcards are non-refundable and they can't be transferred to another person. Please be sure you're buying the correct Railcard, and that you're logged into the right account when doing so.
