Don't forget if you're making a return journey, you’ll need to buy a ticket for each direction. Advance tickets are only available as single tickets on specific trains and on selected routes, but you can mix and match tickets and times to suit you.

London

Head into the heart of the city by train with Southeastern and visit world-class attractions and beautiful parks, enjoy entertainment, shopping, culture, history and museums – there’s no shortage of things to do. Plus, discover incredible places to eat and drink, from pop-ups to high-end restaurants.

Rochester

Stroll around the cobbled streets of Rochester and you’ll take in the castle, cathedral, a whole host of buildings that inspired Charles Dickens, and spectacular views of the River Medway. Hop on a highspeed Southeastern train to Rochester from St Pancras International, arriving in just under 40 minutes.

Hastings

Nestled between hills leading to the sea with a rich history, Hastings is full of character and offers plenty to see and do. Explore the narrow streets, alleyways, and cobbled paths of the charming Old Town, discover the ruins of Hastings Castle, or visit the latest exhibition at Hastings Contemporary. Take Southeastern trains from Charing Cross to Hastings in under 2 hours.

Margate

Just 90 minutes by Southeastern highspeed train from St Pancras International, Margate is a traditional seaside town, perfect for a day out whatever time of year. As soon as you exit the station, you can see the wide sandy beach and smell the sea air. Enjoy fish and chips, vintage, and independent shops plus a large dollop of art and culture thanks to Turner Contemporary.

Canterbury

Canterbury is a beautiful city packed full of history. Wander its narrow, cobbled streets, and explore the city’s hidden secrets or visit the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site cathedral. Catch a highspeed train from St Pancras International and arrive at Canterbury West station in just 51 minutes.

Whitstable

Famous for its oysters, Whitstable is a small town with a thriving arts community and is one of Kent’s most picturesque towns. Explore the working harbour, independent shops and boutiques and meander along the coast spotting candy coloured beach huts. Highspeed trains from St Pancras International to Whitstable take around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
