A tree blocking the railway at Keming means that all lines are blocked. Trains running between Otford and Maidstone East may be cancelled, revised or diverted.
Disruption is expected until 19:00.
What's happened?
We've been informed that two trains have hit a tree that is blocking the railway at Kemsing. Network Rail response staff and Southeastern engineers are on their way to the site to remove the tree, inspect the trains and get them on the move.
How does this affect my journey?
Trains are currently unable to run on the Maidstone East line and may be altered or cancelled.
Trains between Ashford International and London Victoria will be diverted via Paddock Wood and Orpington, where possible.
Trains between Maidstone East and London Victoria will be cancelled.
What should I do?
Please allow extra time to complete your journey and check before you travel. We are attempting to organise alternative transport. You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Stagecoach route 10X between Ashford International and Maidstone, London Underground between terminal stations, Thameslink trains on any reasonable route and highspeed services between London St Pancras International and Ashford International.

There are no trains at Charing Cross or Waterloo East on Sunday 24 November because of engineering work. Services are diverted to run to and from Cannon Street.
You may use your ticket at no extra charge on:
- London Underground: between Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Embankment (for Charing Cross), London Bridge, Southwark (for Waterloo East), Waterloo and Victoria.

The engineering work scheduled to take place near Ashford International has been cancelled and trains will now run normally on this route.

Southeastern between London Charing Cross and Gravesend
Engineering work is taking place between Dartford and Gravesend, closing all lines very early on Sunday morning.
As a result, the 00:30 London Charing Cross to Gravesend (via Sidcup) service will be replaced by a bus between Dartford and Gravesend.

Various Southeastern routes
Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday to Thursday.
These changes may be subject to further alteration on some days, such as starting earlier, or not taking place at all. Please check your journey using the Journey Planner, and also check other items on our engineering pages for the date of your journey.
Mondays only:
Every Monday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Ashford International and Ramsgate via Canterbury West.
From 23:50 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Ashford International and Canterbury West / Ramsgate.
Mondays and Tuesdays:
Every Monday and Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to and from London Charing Cross.
There will be no trains at London Charing Cross or London Waterloo East from approximately 23:30 until the end of service.
Trains will run from London Cannon Street instead, and you will need to travel to / from London Cannon Street / London Bridge.
Tuesdays only:
Every Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Faversham and Ramsgate via Margate.
From 23:30 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Faversham and Margate / Ramsgate.
Wednesdays and Thursdays:
Every Wednesday and Thursday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to / from London Cannon Street.
There will be no trains at London Cannon Street from approximately 23:35 until the end of service.
Trains will run to / from London Charing Cross instead, if you could please make your way to London Bridge for these trains.

From 23:00 until the end of service, you can use London Underground between Charing Cross, Embankment, Cannon Street, London Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo at no extra cost.
