*Silver Rewards terms and conditions

To be eligible for Silver Rewards, customers must be subscribed to Marketing emails and have opened an email in the past year.

**Gold Rewards terms and conditions

To be eligible for Gold Rewards, customers must be subscribed to Marketing emails and have either:

a) Used their Key smartcard within the past 12 months and spent a minimum of £60.
OR
b) Purchased a Season ticket (monthly, annual or custom length) within the past 12 months.

A customer must ensure they meet all the conditions that apply to the Silver and Gold Rewards (as applicable) in order to be eligible for the associated benefits.
