If you want to report an incident that you've seen you can do so discreetly. Tell us if you've witnessed anti-social behaviour including vandalism and fare evasion on our trains or at our stations. Email us giving us as much information as you can at eyewitness@southeasternrailway.co.uk. We can quickly send someone to respond.
If you contact us about what you've seen we can quickly send our Revenue Protection Officers and other authorities, including British Transport Police, to respond.
Telling us about incidents also helps us identify possible hotspots or trends so we can take preventative action.
The British Transport Police have a text messaging service to report a non-emergency incident whilst travelling on your train. You can text the details of the incident to The British Transport Police on 61016.
Visit the BTP website for more information.
