Flexi Season Ticket refunds

Flexi Season tickets can be refunded just as any Season ticket can be. We calculate the difference between the price paid for the Flexi Season ticket and the cost of an Anytime Day Return ticket for each pass that's been activated.

Because of this, most Flexi Season tickets will need at least two passes remaining for a refund to be possible. But there are some routes that may need more or fewer passes remaining.

You must apply for a refund before the end of the Flexi Season ticket's 28-day validity period, and a £5 admin fee will be charged.

Flexi Season tickets can be refunded yourself by logging into your Southeastern account. Select 'Manage my tickets/refunds' from the account menu, select the ticket and follow the instructions. Your refund will be made in the same way you paid for your ticket.

Your Flexi Season ticket is only valid for 28 days. If you haven’t used all 8 day passes you may be entitled to a refund if you apply before the end of the 28 day validity period. There must be a minimum of two unused day pass left to refund and a £5 admin fee will apply.

If you were sick and couldn’t use your Flexi Season ticket you must apply for a refund before the end of the 28 day validity period. If you can provide evidence that you were not able to apply for a refund because of illness (such as a doctor’s note), we will still consider your refund application after the expiry date.
