Easy travel with eTickets and The Key contactless smartcard
Digital tickets are an alternative to paper tickets and a great way to buy tickets anytime, anywhere, making it easier and more convenient to travel by train.
Choose from three types of digital ticket when you travel with Southeastern. eTickets are digital version of a paper ticket, whilst sTickets are the digital version of a season ticket and both can be purchased through our website or from our app. Or if you don't want to have your ticket on your phone, you can use our contactless smartcard, The Key.

Load tickets to The Key via the Southeastern app by simply holding your card to the back of your phone |
Your sTicket will appear in 'My Tickets' in the Southeastern app after purchase. If you have bought an sTicket through our website, you will need to download our app to use it |

Contactless payment cards plus Apple and Google Pay can be used to travel on most National Rail services in London. Contactless payment is also available on our highspeed services between St Pancras International and Stratford International, plus, can be used for journeys to Dartford and Swanley which both fall within the London Fares Zones 1-9.
Oyster is a smartcard which can hold pay as you go credit and Travelcards and they can be used on all National Rail services for journeys in London within the Fare Zones 1-9. Oyster can be used on our highspeed services between St Pancras International and Stratford International, plus, can be used for journeys to Dartford and Swanley which both fall within the London Fares Zones 1-9.
