Routes affected:
Southeastern between London Victoria and Ramsgate / Dover Priory, between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate, and also between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea

Engineering work is taking place between Sittingbourne and Faversham / Canterbury East, blocking the lines all day.

• Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate via Chatham will only run between London Cannon Street and Sittingbourne. Additional trains will run between Herne Bay and Ramsgate. Trains which normally run between London Victoria and Dover Priory via Denmark Hill will only run between London Cannon Street and Gillingham
• Highspeed via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Faversham will be retimed and only run between London St Pancras International and Sittingbourne
• Additional trains will run between Herne Bay and Ramsgate
• Sheerness line: Trains between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea will be retimed

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

• Sittingbourne and Herne Bay calling at all stations except Teynham
• Sittingbourne and Canterbury East calling at Faversham only
• Canterbury East and Dover Priory non-stop
• Canterbury East and Dover Priory calling at all stations
• Sittingbourne and Selling minibus calling at all stations

Engineering work is taking place between Otford and Ashford International, closing all lines.

Trains between London Victoria and Ashford International will not run.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

• Sevenoaks and Maidstone East, calling at all stations except Kemsing and East Malling
• West Malling and East Malling minibus shuttle
• Maidstone East and Ashford International calling at all stations

You will need to use alternative services between London Charing Cross or London Bridge and Sevenoaks to connect with the replacement bus services.

Alternative travel options

You can use London Underground at no extra cost between Victoria, Embankment, Charing Cross, Southwark and London Bridge to connect with alternative trains to / from Sevenoaks.

Bexleyheath Line:

• Sunday: Trains between London Victoria and Dartford will not run. Services between London Cannon Street and Slade Green via Bexleyheath will be diverted to run via Sidcup and will not stop at Lewisham
• Monday: Trains between London Victoria and Gravesend, and between London Charing Cross and Gravesend via Bexleyheath will not run. Services between London Cannon Street and Slade Green via Bexleyheath will be diverted to run via Sidcup and will not stop at Lewisham

Woolwich Line:

• Monday only: Trains between London Cannon Street and Dartford via Lewisham and Woolwich Arsenal will be diverted between London Bridge and Charlton to run via Greenwich

Hayes Line:

• Trains between London Charing Cross and Hayes will not stop at Lewisham

Sidcup Line:

• Trains between London Charing Cross and Dartford via Sidcup will not stop at Lewisham

Grove Park Line:

• Trains between London Charing Cross and Sevenoaks will not call at Lewisham

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

• New Cross and Dartford via Bexleyheath calling at all stations

Engineering work is taking place between Canterbury West and Minster, closing all lines.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate via Ashford International will only run between London Charing Cross and Canterbury West.

Highspeed via Ashford International: Trains between London St Pancras International and Margate via Canterbury West will only run between London St Pancras International and Canterbury West. Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Dover Priory are retimed and will stop additionally at Thanet Parkway. On Sunday, these trains will be extended to run to / from Margate, calling additionally at Broadstairs.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

• Canterbury West and Ramsgate calling at Thanet Parkway
• Canterbury West and Ramsgate calling all stations

The following stations will be closed all weekend and will only be served by replacement buses

• Sturry
• Minster

Engineering work is taking place at London Victoria, closing Southeastern lines. Trains will be diverted to London Cannon Street, London Charing Cross or London Blackfriars.

Friday and Saturday:

• Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate via Chatham will run from London Cannon Street instead, and run non stop between London Bridge and Swanley. Trains between London Victoria and Dover Priory via Chatham will run from London Cannon Street instead, and run non stop between London Bridge and Bromley South using an alternative route
• Stopping services which only run between London Victoria and Gillingham via Denmark Hill will not run
• Maidstone East Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ashford International via Maidstone East will run from London Charing Cross, and run non stop between London Bridge and St Mary Cray
• Bromley South Line: Trains between London Victoria and Orpington will run from London Blackfriars, calling additionally at Elephant & Castle. Brixton station will be closed all day
• Bexleyheath Line: Trains between London Victoria and Gravesend via Bexleyheath will not run. Additional trains will run between London Charing Cross and Dartford via Bexleyheath
• Additional trains will run between London Blackfriars and Orpington via Denmark Hill, Lewisham and Bromley South

Sunday:

• Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate via Chatham will run from London Cannon Street instead, and run non stop between London Bridge and Swanley. • Bexleyheath Line: Trains between London Victoria and Dartford via Bexleyheath will not run because of further engineering work near Lewisham. Use alternative trains between London Cannon Street, London Bridge and New Cross and change at New Cross for an accessible replacement bus to stations on the Bexleyheath line

Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday to Thursday. 

These changes may be subject to further alteration on some days, such as starting earlier, or not taking place at all. Please check your journey using the Journey Planner, and also check other items on our engineering pages for the date of your journey.

Mondays only:

Every Monday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Ashford International and Ramsgate via Canterbury West.

From 23:50 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Ashford International and Canterbury West / Ramsgate. 

Mondays and Tuesdays:

Every Monday and Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to and from London Charing Cross.  

There will be no trains at London Charing Cross or London Waterloo East from approximately 23:30 until the end of service. 

Trains will run from London Cannon Street instead, and you will need to travel to / from London Cannon Street / London Bridge. 

Tuesdays only:

Every Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Faversham and Ramsgate via Margate.  

From 23:30 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Faversham and Margate / Ramsgate. 

Wednesdays and Thursdays:

Every Wednesday and Thursday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to / from London Cannon Street.

There will be no trains at London Cannon Street from approximately 23:35 until the end of service. 

Trains will run to / from London Charing Cross instead, if you could please make your way to London Bridge for these trains.

Monday to Thursday:

From 23:00 until the end of service, you can use London Underground between Charing Cross, Embankment, Cannon Street, London Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo at no extra cost.
