A trespass incident at Gillingham means trains between Rochester and Rainham may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or cancelled.
Disruption is expected until 15:15.

What's happened?
We have received a report of a trespasser on the line at Gillingham. The power has been shut off to the line whilst the incident is ongoing. Trains are currently unable to travel between Rainham and Gillingham.
How does this affect my journey?
Trains will be subject to delays, alterations and cancellations until the trespasser is clear of the track.

Urgent repairs to the track in the Ladywell area mean that trains running through this station will be cancelled or revised.
What has happened?
Damage has been discovered to the track near Ladywell. Our partners at Network Rail advise that a specialist part is required which isn't immediately available as it needs to be specially produced and then delivered to where it needs to go.
How will this affect my journey?
Until the repairs have been completed, we need to make some temporary changes on the Hayes line in order that we can continue to run the same number of trains whilst minimising the impact of the speed restriction.
The following changes will be in place from Monday 6 January for at least 3 weeks:
Towards London:
Some trains are not stopping at Eden Park or New Beckenham during the weekday evening "peak" period.
From London:
Some trains are not stopping at Eden Park or New Beckenham, however during the weekday evening "peak" period, trains stop at all stations as usual.
What do I need to do?
If you're using one of the affected stations, please allow more time for your journey.

Routes affected:
Various Southeastern routes
Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday to Thursday:
The 23:50 London St Pancras International to Faversham train will be replaced by accessible buses between Ebbsfleet International, Gillingham and Faversham calling at all stations except Higham, Newington and Teynham.
From approximately 23:00 until the end of service, engineering work will affect trains towards Hayes:
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday:
From 00:20 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Meopham and Sittingbourne / Gillingham. A connecting train will run from Sittingbourne to Ramsgate.
Tuesday only:
The weekly engineering work that usually takes place every Tuesday night between Faversham, Margate and Ramsgate will not take place and trains will run normally between these stations.
Tuesday to Friday:
The 04:17 Gillingham to Tonbridge service will start from Strood at 04:30. A replacement bus will leave Gillingham at 03:55 calling at all stations to Strood.
Wednesday only:
From 00:30 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Rochester and Gillingham / Sittingbourne. A connecting train will run between Sittingbourne and Ramsgate.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
From 00:10 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Lewisham and Dartford via Bexleyheath. Trains will be diverted to run via Sidcup instead.
Wednesday and Thursday:
The 23:07 London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory service will be diverted between Dover Priory and Ramsgate via an alternative route and will stop additionally at Faversham. An accessible bus will run between Dover Priory and Sandwich calling at all stations.

Mondays only:
Every Monday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Ashford International and Ramsgate via Canterbury West.
From 23:50 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Ashford International and Canterbury West / Ramsgate.
Mondays and Tuesdays:
Every Monday and Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to and from London Charing Cross.
There will be no trains at London Charing Cross or London Waterloo East from approximately 23:30 until the end of service.
Trains will run from London Cannon Street instead, and you will need to travel to / from London Cannon Street / London Bridge.
Tuesdays only:
Every Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Faversham and Ramsgate via Margate.
From 23:30 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Faversham and Margate / Ramsgate.
Wednesdays and Thursdays:
Every Wednesday and Thursday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to / from London Cannon Street.
There will be no trains at London Cannon Street from approximately 23:35 until the end of service.
Trains will run to / from London Charing Cross instead, if you could please make your way to London Bridge for these trains.

Monday to Thursday:
From 23:00 until the end of service, you can use London Underground between Charing Cross, Embankment, Cannon Street, London Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo at no extra cost.
