Due to a road vehicle colliding with a bridge between Sittingbourne and Faversham all lines are blocked.
Impact:
Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 22:00 12/12.

What's happened?
The line has reopened near Teynham after reports that a lorry collided with a earlier. An inspection of the line was needed to ensure trains could run safely across the bridge.
How does this affect my journey?
Trains may be delayed or revised as we work to return services to normal.
Affected routes:
- Victoria to Dover / Ramsgate
- St Pancras to Faversham / Ramsgate via Faversham

Because of engineering work, on Sunday 15 December there will be no trains to or from London Cannon Street. Buses will also replace trains between Lewisham and Charlton via New Cross and Greenwich.

You may use your ticket at no extra cost, on:
- London Underground between Victoria, Charing Cross, Embankment, Waterloo, Southwark and London Bridge.
- Docklands Light Railway between Lewisham and Greenwich.

We are making some changes to our timetable on Sunday 15th December and you may find your normal train time has changed. We will be adding an extra 44 services per weekday, totalling 220 per week which includes:
Twelve additional services at peak times between the Woolwich and Sidcup lines.
More off-peak trains between Victoria and Orpington via Herne Hill to offer a full "turn up and go" Metro service

Engineering work for Today

Amended late night / early morning Southeastern services from Monday 9 to Friday 13 December

Various Southeastern routes

Engineering work is taking place overnight at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines.

Monday to Thursday:

From 23:20 until the end of service, some trains to and from London Victoria will be retimed, departing between 1 and 5 minutes later than usual with some journeys being extended by up to 15 minutes. Trains arriving at London Victoria will arrive between 6 and 11 minutes later than usual.

The 23:39 London Cannon Street to Dover Priory (Monday) /Canterbury West (Tuesday) / 23:34 London Charing Cross to Canterbury West and Dover Priory (Wednesday and Thursday) will be diverted, stopping additionally at Chislehurst and Otford then running non-stop between Otford and Ashford via Maidstone East.

An accessible replacement bus will run between Tonbridge and Dover Priory via Ashford International. An additional bus will also run between Ashford And Canterbury West to connect with the bus from Tonbridge.

If you are travelling to Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, or connecting to the replacement bus at Tonbridge, please use alternative trains between London, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.

Tuesday and Wednesday only:

The 00:26 London Cannon Street to Dartford via Greenwich will only run between London Cannon Street and London Bridge. An accessible bus will run between London Bridge and Dartford via Greenwich.

Wednesday only:

The 23:07 London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory service will be retimed after Ashford International and will run later between Ashford International and Ramsgate.

Thursday only:

The 22:34 London Charing Cross to Ramsgate via Canterbury West train will be replaced by an accessible bus between Minster and Ramsgate calling at all stations.

The 23:07 London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Deal and Ramsgate calling at all Sandwich only.

The 23:40 London St Pancras International to Margate via Canterbury West service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Minster and Margate calling at all stations except Dumpton Park.

Thursday and Friday only:

The 00:22 London Charing Cross to Dartford via Woolwich Arsenal will only run between London Charing Cross and Lewisham. An accessible bus will run between Lewisham and Dartford via Woolwich Arsenal.

Amendments to some late night Southeastern trains

Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday to Thursday.

These changes may be subject to further alteration on some days, such as starting earlier, or not taking place at all. Please check your journey using the Journey Planner, and also check other items on our engineering pages for the date of your journey.

Mondays only:

Every Monday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Ashford International and Ramsgate via Canterbury West.

From 23:50 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Ashford International and Canterbury West / Ramsgate.

Mondays and Tuesdays:

Every Monday and Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to and from London Charing Cross.

There will be no trains at London Charing Cross or London Waterloo East from approximately 23:30 until the end of service.

Trains will run from London Cannon Street instead, and you will need to travel to / from London Cannon Street / London Bridge.

Tuesdays only:

Every Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Faversham and Ramsgate via Margate.

From 23:30 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Faversham and Margate / Ramsgate.

Wednesdays and Thursdays:

Every Wednesday and Thursday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to / from London Cannon Street.

There will be no trains at London Cannon Street from approximately 23:35 until the end of service.

Trains will run to / from London Charing Cross instead, if you could please make your way to London Bridge for these trains.

From 23:00 until the end of service, you can use London Underground between Charing Cross, Embankment, Cannon Street, London Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo at no extra cost.
