Southeastern updates are now available on WhatsApp

As well as following our X account @SE_Railway if you have a WhatsApp account, you can now follow us on our WhatsApp channel.

This service gives you up-to-the-minute travel information directly from the Southeastern control centre in London.

Just like on X, our team are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We also have some handy self-service options available too, send us a message with one of the commands below;

  • #[your station name or 3 letter code] eg #Tonbridge / #TON: For live arrivals and departures from your station, including details of how many carriages will be on your train and any other important information
  • #Disruption: For details of any disruption affecting our network
  • #Engineering: Details of engineering work for the week ahead, including a handy map
