Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday only:

From 22:45 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Tonbridge and Wadhurst / Hastings.

Monday to Thursday:

From 23:45 until the end of service, accessible buses will replace trains between Lewisham and Dartford via Sidcup. Trains will be diverted to run via Bexleyheath.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday:

From 23:50 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains from Faversham to Ramsgate. Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate will be diverted between Faversham and Ramsgate to run via Dover Priory.

Tuesday only:

From 23:45 until the end of service accessible buses replace trains between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings and will run between:

• Tunbridge Wells and Hastings calling at Wadhurst, Battle, West St Leonards and St Leonards Warrior Square
• Tunbridge Wells and Robertsbridge calling at all stations
• Battle and Crowhurst (minibus shuttle)

Tuesday to Friday:

The 00:25 London Victoria to Ashford International service will be retimed to leave London Victoria at 00:40 and after Bromley South will call at Sevenoaks and Ashford International.

Accessible buses will run between:

• Bromley South and Ashford International calling at all stations except Bickley, Eynsford, Shoreham, Kemsing, East Malling, Harrietsham and Hollingbourne
• West Malling and East Malling minibus shuttle

The 00:40 London Victoria to Gillingham service will not run. Please use the 00:40 London Victoria to Ashford International train and change at Bromley South for an accessible bus to Gillingham calling at all stations except Bickley and Sole Street.

The 04:35 Swanley to London Victoria service will start at Bromley South at 04:48. An accessible bus will depart Swanley at 04:05, calling at all stations to Bromley South to connect with the train.

Between London Charing Cross / London Victoria and Hayes (Kent)

Urgent repairs to the track in the Ladywell area mean that trains running through this station will be cancelled or revised.

What has happened?

Damage has been discovered to the track near Ladywell. Our partners at Network Rail advise that a specialist part is required which isn't immediately available as it needs to be specially produced and then delivered to where it needs to go.

How will this affect my journey?

Until the repairs have been completed, we need to make some temporary changes on the Hayes line in order that we can continue to run the same number of trains whilst minimising the impact of the speed restriction.

The following changes are in place until at least Friday 28 February.

Towards London:

Some trains are not stopping at Eden Park or New Beckenham, however during the weekday evening "peak" period, trains stop at all stations as usual.

From London:

If you're using one of the affected stations, please allow more time for your journey.

These changes may be subject to further alteration on some days, such as starting earlier, or not taking place at all. Please check your journey using the Journey Planner, and also check other items on our engineering pages for the date of your journey.

Mondays only:

Every Monday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Ashford International and Ramsgate via Canterbury West.

From 23:50 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Ashford International and Canterbury West / Ramsgate. 

Mondays and Tuesdays:

Every Monday and Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to and from London Charing Cross.  

There will be no trains at London Charing Cross or London Waterloo East from approximately 23:30 until the end of service. 

Trains will run from London Cannon Street instead, and you will need to travel to / from London Cannon Street / London Bridge. 

Tuesdays only:

Every Tuesday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines between Faversham and Ramsgate via Margate.  

From 23:30 until the end of service, buses replace trains between Faversham and Margate / Ramsgate. 

Wednesdays and Thursdays:

Every Wednesday and Thursday night, Network Rail carry out essential maintenance on the lines to / from London Cannon Street.

There will be no trains at London Cannon Street from approximately 23:35 until the end of service. 

Trains will run to / from London Charing Cross instead, if you could please make your way to London Bridge for these trains.

Monday to Thursday:

From 23:00 until the end of service, you can use London Underground between Charing Cross, Embankment, Cannon Street, London Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo at no extra cost.
