To be eligible for Silver Rewards, customers must be subscribed to Marketing emails and have opened an email in the past year.
**Gold Rewards terms and conditions
To be eligible for Gold Rewards, customers must be subscribed to Marketing emails and have either:
a) Used their Key smartcard within the past 12 months and spent a minimum of £60.
OR
b) Purchased a Season ticket (monthly, annual or custom length) within the past 12 months.
If you have purchased your ticket via our website, app or at a Southestern Station, and provided you meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, you are eligible to participate in our Gold Rewards Programme. If you have purchased your ticket at a Southeastern Station and are not currently receiving your Gold Rewards benefits, please contact the Southeastern Customer Services Team with your ticket details so that they can add you to the programme.
